The University Park Civic Association is a self-governing, non-profit organization of residents of the Town of University Park, Maryland. It is responsible for organizing several major social/cultural events over the course of the year such as the July 4th Parade, Summer Arts in the Park Festivals, Spring Art Show & Garden Exchange. We are also responsible for activities that help keep our Town a place people would like to live, such as the Annual Spring Stream Clean-Up. UPCA is also interested in hearing from citizens about their concerns so that the UPCA can represent these concerns to the Town and County to the best of our ability.
